[Etude No. 1 in Gm (WIP)]

I'm not familiar to the programs, sorry I can't help you :(
Speaking about the music itself, I love the harmonies, and the rubato gives this emotional feeling.. Maybe you could add a part where the rythm and the tempo are more regular? :)
Anyway, if you have some time, you can listen to my audio if you want.
Congratulations for this, and I can't wait to hear the final piece! :D

Thanks a lot! And yes I did compose it :P :). I really don't play that good :T I'm still young so there is still a lot to improve upon (technique wise). Also the reason the tempo and rhythm is off is because my hands were tired since I had spent a few hours before hand (6-7 hours) practicing and changing some parts in various ways (which I have to stop doing). I removed the current ending and change the beginning a bit, just the condenza with the runs that go down back to the tonic, I change it so instead of 1 note its the same note but in 4 octaves and then doing the run to the tonic. I'll probably be adding a part that speeds up quite furiously then down to a more steady rhythm.

I have found that a little repetition does help if the melody and beat can be enjoyed. But if it was edging towards annoyance, might I remind you, this was when I thought I knew everything about music. XD

Another nice review of yours :D Thanks a lot! This piece was heavily inspired by the soundtracks of nobuo uematsu. I always wanted to try out how his stuff works and this was what came out. Glad you enjoyed it!
